Registration at 368mega is free and takes approximately 3 minutes. You will need to provide a username, email, Malaysia phone number, and a strong password. During the KYC (identity verification) process, your age will be verified through official identification documents such as MyKad or passport. No, each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 368mega. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of our terms of use. Some common reasons why a withdrawal may be declined: (1) KYC not completed — this is a mandatory requirement before your first withdrawal. (2) Bonus rollover requirements not met — if you still have an active bonus balance, the rollover must be completed first. (3) Bank account details do not match the registered information. (4) Daily or weekly withdrawal limit has been reached. Contact customer support for further clarification on your specific declined withdrawal.

Cancelling a withdrawal that is being processed depends on the current status of the request. If the status is still "In Progress" and has not yet been approved by the finance team, you may be able to cancel it through your account or by contacting customer support. However, once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to the bank, it cannot be cancelled. It is recommended that you contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) vary by bonus type. Rollover refers to how many times you need to wager the bonus amount before wins from it can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x rollover means that if you receive a MYR 50 bonus, you need to place total bets of MYR 1,000 before you can withdraw those wins. All rollover requirements are clearly stated for each promotion on the Promotions.

If you make a withdrawal before meeting the bonus rollover requirements, any active bonus balance in your account will be automatically cancelled. This means you will only receive your available real money balance, without any winnings from the bonus balance. Your original deposit amount that meets the withdrawal requirements will not be affected. It is advisable to check your current rollover balance before making a withdrawal decision.
